About the Brand
Personalised Penny was born from the belief that Storytime should feel magical, meaningful, and full of connection. Every book we create is designed to spark wonder and make children feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
We understand that every child’s story is different, and our books can be personalised not just by name, but by who they truly are — including children with disabilities, neurodivergent children, children who use mobility aids, sensory supports, medical devices, or any other details that make them wonderfully unique, simply tell us when you order and we will work our magic!

FAQ
How does personalisation work?
You simply select your story and provide your child’s name, age, gender, hair colour and skin tone – we take care of the rest! Your child is then part of their own story.
How long does delivery take?
Your book is printed to order in the UK and usually arrives within 7–10 business days. Christmas orders may take slightly longer, so please order early where possible.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, I ship within the UK. International shipping is coming soon!
Are the books paperback or hardback?
Books are available in three formats, digital ebook, paperback and hardback
What age are your personalised books suitable for?
Most books are suitable for children ages 1-9, but they can be adapted for older children upon request.
What size and length are the books?
All books are 8.5 x 8.5 inches, a lovely, large square size perfect for bedtime reading and little hands to hold. They contain 32 pages, including 30 pages of the story and two dedication pages.
What if I made a mistake in the name or details?
If you spot an error after ordering, please message me within 12 hours so I can correct it before it goes to print.
What printing quality can I expect?
All books are professionally printed in vibrant colour, on thick, high-quality paper. These are real storybooks, designed to be durable keepsakes.
Can I add further personalisation details?
If your child has additional features or needs, such as medical aids, simply send us a message confirming the details you wish to add, and we will work our magic.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Personalised Penny is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and fully complies with UK GDPR regulations to ensure your personal information is handled securely and responsibly.
How are the books created?
Every Personalised Penny story is lovingly written by me. I use modern design tools, including AI-assisted illustration software, to help bring each personalised character to life based on the details you provide. I then carefully assemble, edit and format each book to ensure it feels truly special, cohesive and beautifully finished.
